Diet has a lot to do with if we are showing early signs or aging. There is a ton of products that promise to reverse the signs of aging, but I say tackle it at the roots of the problem: our diet.
I talk more about this on my Contributor post with Happy Mothering. See what you can omit and what to add to reverse the wrinkles of early aging!

What a great post! Thanks for sharing those tips on how to hold off the wrinkles. I liked learning about the foods to add to my diet.

It's absolutely ridiculous how much sugar we consume! I really have to try harder to get fresh produce into my husband and oldest daughter. My youngest daughter, 3 years old, is happy to eat cucumber and celery for lunch while her sister eats macaroni. LOL. How did that happen. Guess she takes after me. I like to keep pre-packaged food handy just in case of emergency and not for daily consumption. It's a lot of work these days to stay healthy. But if it keeps away the wrinkles, I may just try a little harder;)
