B-liv Cellnique Review, Hydrate Your Skin!

Think of your skin as a mirror of your health.  Do you have age spots, black heads, redness, dryness, premature aging, or other blemishes?  I try to take care of my skin and eat right, but sometimes stress and age will catch up with you.  Sometimes we need a little help to give our skin a boost for Natural Glow.

Cellnique sent me a sample of their B-liv mask, Bright is Right.  This was a Japanese silk mask with key ingredients of Black Pearl, Silk Proteins, and Camu Camu extract.  I enjoyed the tingling sensation of the mask and it was very relaxing.  I could feel the hydrating effects on my skin while wearing it.

The Mask comes in the single one time use pouch.  You un-peel the mask and place on your face, smoothing out the area.  The mask is very wet and weighs down, so I recommend laying back and relaxing while you wear it for the 20-30 minutes.  Instantly, I felt a tingling in my skin and it smelled beautiful.  This was a very relaxing mask that I enjoyed and would definitely do again! 

Here is the AFTER picture.  I could feel a difference in that my skin felt soft, hydrated, and a continued tingly feeling.  I noticed that my laugh-lines where smoothed out to!

This is with makeup and my normal look.  My skin still feels smooth and hydrated.  I love to use nourishing products on my skin, but we can also really help our skin by eating and drinking a healthful diet.

Why would it be important to look into to Greening your cookware?  

Green Earth Wok by Ozeri is not only beautiful but highly efficient!  I first have to say that the most eye catching color is this lime green! As you can see cooking and the type of cookware you use does make a difference.  I most use stoneware and cast irons, but was really excited to try the Wok from Ozeri.

I have made so many wonderful dishes with my new wok!  I have made Stir fry's,  soup, meatballs, Currys, and the list goes on.  It is super simple to lightly cook vegetables with no oil needed.  This was a huge plus for me.  The vegetables cooked perfectly to just heat them without over cooking and I had need for no oil.  Here are a few of the dishes I used from the last few weeks.

I was able to make my meat balls with no oil in the pain and they cooked wonderfully.  Usually, when I use my cast-irons, I have a little meat stuck to the bottom.  Nothing stuck and the wok was quick and easy to clean.







Here you can see how deep the wok is and the beautiful green I mentioned above.  This has become my new Kitchen color!

Over all I love this Wok.  My husband has not had a chance to cook with it, but I know it will be his go to item for cooking.  I am sure we are going to make Green Chili soup this weekend!

GMO farmers say Yes to labeling and Mike Adams Raps out to "Say No to GMO"!

 

With all the news I have been updating here about GMO, some have wondered about the farmers.  They are the ones stuck in the middle between GMO producers and consumers.  I have to say that my heart goes out to farmers because I feel they have been bullied to carry these seeds and not in a situation that they can crawl out of.  

I was sent this video today from CA Right To Know, that even farmers want the labeling!  Check out this short video here. 

 

“I would be in support of Prop 37. Consumers absolutely have the right to know what they’re consuming.  I’ve always been a supporter of labeling.  Europe had done it for years. It’s not a big deal."
