I have bought them all before and its endless to keep up with.
There is a better choice. If you eat for your beauty you are covering a few things at once. Your feeding your body the things it needs and your enriching your skin and hormones that might be causing the acne or blemishes you are trying to correct or hide.
Your skin is the largest organ of your body it lives, breaths, heals, and Can Be Corrected. You can increase certain foods into your diet and it will be more cost effective than the beauty products that do not always correct the problem. By side who really has time to do all the 1 to 4 steps to clean, scrub, tone, lotion and more.
1. First step is decreasing your amount of sugar. From cereals, sodas, processed and packaged foods, junk foods, and desserts.
2. Increase you antioxidants. This is in bright colored fruits and vegetables. Also in green tea, zinc, Vitamin C, and Ursolic acid ( an extract from rosemary). These scavenge free radicals that lead to wrinkles and precancerous cell damage.
3. Increase your Probiotics. These are good bacteria both internally and externally. They are very powerful in fighting acne, eczema, rosacea, athlete's foot, and dermatitis. Probiotics are necessary for prevention of staph and bacterial infections.
4. Enzymes. If your digestion is running correctly you are able to absorb the nutrient needed for cell health and production (ells like SKIN, hair, tissues, organs, etc.) If you have bad digestion you could have less than pure skin, bad hair, aging skin, and your toxic substances in the colon even effect and show in the skin.
