Menopause and Natural Hormone Replacement

If you are having difficulties with early menopause or in need of hormone replacement I have some great natural alternatives. The first and only place to look is your diet. You will not just be adding vitamins and minerals but the plants hormones are a natural alternative to the manufactured ones. The body absorbs them better.
First I want to mention a few things you can omit from the diet, because there are a few things in a typical America diet that are harmful to the body
1. Greatly reduce your amount of Sugar, try using a pure cane sugar or honey to sweeten things, but take out white processed sugar. This causes a nutrient debt to the body and also displaces estrogen.
2. Reduce your processed foods as well. There are a lot of hidden sugars and preservatives in things that are made to last on a shelf for more than a few months. These are things that really tax the body and cause undo stress on it.
3. Plastics, water bottles and food storage containers, should be reduces or omitted, they carry Xenoestrogens- which are a chemical estrogen that are a harmful, they contain more than double the estrogen found in plants. It should be noted that this chemical can do be processed out of the body by the Liver, and Xenoestrogen increases the chances of breast , liver, and other cancers.

Nutritionally we want to feed the body while nourishing certain systems to function better. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables to at least 7-9 servings a day. This should be slowly increased so you do not detoxify the body to quickly. You could be at this level of servings with in three months. Start with cooked vegetables and slowly increase serving. Then increase serving to all or mostly raw vegetables and fruits.
Make sure to increase certain highly beneficial produce which are grapefruit, oranges, apples, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage. Also, flax seed, legumes ( soybeans, lentils, chickpeas), fennel, parsley, alfalfa, and sage. These specific foods will replace estrogen while also helping the liver to eliminate excess estrogen from the body. If the enzyme glucarate, is not in correct amounts then the excess estrogen will be reprocessed into the blood and through the body logging in places where cancer is increased. This will also tax the Liver. So you want to try an d increase these natural food sources before having a synthetic form of the enzyme so the body will uses all of it and eliminate any abundance on its own. Increasing use of raw carrots as well, they help to detoxify the Liver and blood.
For symptoms of most hormone replacement therapies, I have found one product out there that is all herbal and it the needed dosage of everyday use, Black cohosh, Ginseng, Green Tea, Primrose, and others. The name is Estrotone made by New Charter. It is not a replacement hormone!!!!! It helps to alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, vaginal discomforts, mood swings, and sleepless nights. It also aids the estrogen and progesterone to function correctly while relieving most symptoms of the hormone dysfunction.
If you are looking to replace a current medication always be advised by your Physician. Let them know that you want to make a alternative chose to the products that are out there. You can make this change but be sure to let your physician be aware of your plan and any questions.

Have a Blessed and Healthy Day!
