Kombucha Wonder Drink Review, Yummy Fermented Teas

What is Kombucha Wonder Drink?  Kombucha is a sparkling fermented tea.  In our house it is also know as a natural soda.  While some Konbucha drinks are said to be made with fermented mushrooms, Kombucha Wonder Drink is not.  Kombucha requires a starter kit culture, similar to making yogurt, to turn tea into this delicious drink.  The cellulose cultures come from Nepal, China and Siberia, some dating back thousands of years.  Very neat how they have to use cultures dating back so far to make this wonder drink.

Kombucha Wonder Drink is pasteurized but that does not ruin the organic acids resulting from the Kombucha fermentation.  The drink is made with green and oolong tea containing beneficial antioxidants.  The antioxidants and organic acids may help to aid digestion and detox the body naturally.  While being a healthier drink than most sugar laden drinks out there, it also taste great.  Each one has a great refreshing sweet and slightly tart taste.

Today, teas and organic ingredients from around the world help create the eight flavors of Kombucha Wonder Drink. They can be found in natural food stores, upscale markets, grocery stores, pubs, spas, hotels, college campuses and coffee and teahouses across North America.~~Wonderdrink.com
There are eight varieties of Kombucha Wonder Drink, each made from fresh-brewed organic teas and infused with organic fruit concentrates.  All Kombucha varieties are USDA Organic and Gluten Free!

    1. The taste is not bitter at all. I would say a slight tart taste, but it varies with the different flavors.

    1. Yes, "Anonymous", can's do carry heavy metals that can cause adverse effects to our health. That is why I mentioned that I prefer bottles. I believe that is why Kombucha Wonder Drink carries more varieties in glass than cans. Majority of people who use cans do so for convenience. If you wish to try a great healthy beverage try them with the bottle variety, as I prefer. I also want to note that the body does detox heavy metals. What become a problem is when the liver is do bogged down by toxins that it can not detox properly. A couple cans here and there will not cause cancer, the body self heals and protects from that with good nutrition and an active life style. As a rule of thumb we do not use cans, but I do not stress over a few if we are out and about. The people who drink and eat out of cans daily are more at risk for developing illnesses. You also have to take into account their daily diet, many things play into that. Thanks for stopping by and bringing up a great point and conversation. :-)
