1/4 of seedless watermelon, chunks
1/2 cup Vanilla Organic Yogurt
Blend in mixer and pour into pop molds. I suggest using a BPA free mold. We let the pop freeze for 24 hours and enjoyed a delicious healthy pop after dinner. The kids loved it and said it taste amazing. We are going to make a Yogurt cookie one later this week. The great thing about using fruit is that it is naturally sweet as it was designed! You can add honey to the mix if you need it sweeter, but it passed the Kid Approved test!
The kids made these themselves, so it's pretty easy to whip together.
