Contributor Post, Manage Chronic Pain & Inflammation Through Nutrition

This week Contributor Post on Happy Mothering is all about what foods could be causing you pain and inflammation.  Instead of reaching for pharmaceutical pills, reduce the problem foods while you increase nutritional foods.   See what foods cause inflammation, which foods lead to leaky gut syndrome, and what foods help you.

Two recipes this week
Gluten-Free Granola

    1. Exactly Kim. It is amazing how many people walk around with constant pain, and they just need to know who to change around their food for a better life. Your food can give you life or end it too early.

    1. Marina, I can understand the hesitance of going gluten free. I like to use gluten free foods along with a healthy diet. We still eat gluten but we like to change things up and rotate our foods. I think trying a few gluten free recipes is great. It does not mean you have to take all gluten out of your diet.
