Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip, Snack for kids

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
2 tbsp non hydrogenated Peanut Butter
2 tbsp organic vanilla yogurt

Mix until smooth and serve.

The kids love there afternoon snacks!  It is important to fee their body to replace used energy.  From the time they wake up they are running, their bodies are a machine and you want to put the right gas in the tank.
Your brain uses energy and kids use their brain all day long in school, not to mention the work they have in homework and studying.  Give them every advantage to recharge and refuel.

Don't forget to check out yesterdays Free Lunch Box Notes and conversation starters, by iMOM.  I like to use snack time as a chance to hear about their day.  Great way to keep communication open with your kids.
