I learned that it cooks away a lot of the fats, while leaving behind the NATURAL juices. :)

ReplyDeleteIt cooks food healthy, and it can cook from frozen. I also like that it doesn't require heating up beforehand.

ReplyDeleteI love that it released 250% more fat drippings than a conventional oven.
ReplyDeleteI love the Nu Wav! How did we ever live without it? I love it so much the poor microwave hardly gets used. And the only reason I use the gas oven is to bake bread and cookies but I'm sure the Nu Wav could do it better. I will be trying it this winter.
