Cranberry Sauce with Apple and Sage Recipe

Cranberry Sauce with Apple and Sage

1-12 ounce package of fresh cranberries
1/2 cup of apple juice 
1/3 cup of water
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh sage, choped finely
dash of salt

Put cranberries, apple juice, and water in a medium heat saucepan.  Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer until cranberries burst and mixture thickens. (5-6 mins).  Stir in honey, sage, and salt.  Serve chilled or at room temperture.

I am making for Thankagiving and will get picture up very soon :-)  While you are picking up your cranberries, grab a couple bags to make your own Cranberry Juices, recipe coming very soon too.
