Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Balls Recipe

Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Balls
Gluten FREE and Raw


1/2 cup Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened shredded Coconut
1 1/2 cups Organic rolled oats
3/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Raw Honey
1 cup pureed fresh Cranberries

Mix everything in a food processor.  Mixture will be gooey and form into small bites size balls with fingers.  Place on a Freezer safe plate and put in freezer for about half hour, until frozen.  Put in Freezer bags and keep frozen until you serve
WARNING!  These are so delicious you might not be able to eat just one.  Make plenty to share too, these are a big hit with friends and family :-)

Balls on Right that are darker are the Chocolate Coconut Cranberry Balls.  The Lighter ones on the left are the Almond Balls.(without raisins)
